Ethnic Breads

In
June of 1999, Future Fine Foods purchased Ethnic Breads, a business
with a twenty-year reputation of commitment providing the best products
and service to its loyal customers.
Ethnic Breads has a line of gourmet breads baked for great chefs seeking
excellence through quality products that emphasize on purity and freshness.
Here, the tradition in handmade bread is respected, ensuring the superiority
that knowledgeable chefs demand. Ethnic Breads quality and taste makes
a difference in repeated customer satisfaction.
Santa Barbara Bagel Company

In July 2001 we found another business with a long history of dedication
to quality and tradition. Original New York style bagels baked in the
heart of Santa Barbara. Soon after, Santa Barbara Bagel Company was
a part of Future Fine Food's family.
The production of the highest quality bagels is a very specialized process.
All of our bagels are water boiled according to tradition, made with
the finest ingredients. Baked fresh daily with no preservatives or conditioners,
our bagels are also low in fat and cholesterol.
